Salary Band: £Min wage plus depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
Supervising race sessions, delivering safety briefings, maintenance of the track area and ensuring customer safety / enjoyment.
Supervising combat laser tag events, delivering safety briefings, maintenance of the combat arena / laser tag weapons and ensuring customer safety / enjoyment.
The successful candidate is required to deliver excellent customer service, have a hands on approach, the ability to learn new skills, excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
Full training will be given.
This role is based on working approx 35 hrs per week at our Edinburgh centre however as stated above flexibility will be required to allow cover at our Larbert centre if needed, so please ensure you have considered how you will travel to each centre before applying! The role will involve flexible shift patterns (we need flexibility especially at present!) that are predominantly based Wednesday to Sunday at present, so this role will require working Saturdays / Sundays initially as we are currently working restricted days as we start back up after closing for COVID19, however we expect to return to 7 days a week opening when hours will return to 5 days out of 7 with one day at a weekend normal.
